Becoming a LASPA Member

LASPA members would receive full and complete legal coverage for Grievances, Administrative, Civil and Criminal events as long as the incident falls under the course and scope of their job. In addition, at no extra cost our members receive 30 days of payroll reimbursement. *Please refer to our payroll reimbursement guidelines for further details. We also offer 24-hour legal assistance.
